An account is required to make a booking on BēKin.

Creating an account allows you to:

How to Book a Rental

  3. Search for a Property
  4. Browse available homes and filter by dates, size, and amenities.
  5. View Property Details
  6. Review photos, descriptions, house rules, and pricing details.
  7. Submit a Booking Request
  8. Click “Book Now” and follow the prompts.
  9. Reservation Confirmation Payment
  10. To confirm your booking, you will be required to make an initial payment by credit card.
  11. Booking Confirmation
  12. Once payment is received and the booking is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.


Payments, Fees, and Billing

  • Initial Reservation Payment
  • The first payment required to confirm a reservation is made by credit card.
  • Subsequent Payments
  • Any remaining balances, installment payments, or scheduled payments are collected via Direct Debit through Stripe.
  • You will be prompted to securely set this up after your booking is confirmed.
  • Security Deposits and Additional Fees
  • Some properties require refundable security deposits or additional fees. These are disclosed during booking and outlined in your confirmation.
  • Receipts and Records
  • Payment confirmations and receipts are sent by email and available through your account.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by property and season.
  • Refund eligibility is determined by the policy agreed to at the time of booking.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your bank.


During Your Stay

If you experience any issues before or during your stay, contact BēKin directly. We act as your primary point of support and will coordinate with homeowners or service providers as needed.

Are all fees shown upfront?

All known fees are disclosed during booking. Any applicable deposits or add-ons are clearly outlined before confirmation.

Can I list my home on BēKin?
